EU AI Act training for staff
Most employees do not need to know the whole EU AI Act. They need to use AI tools responsibly and understand the few rules that affect their daily work. This course does exactly that and gives your organisation a documented record of the training.
What the AI Act asks of ordinary companies
Under Article 4, organisations that develop or use AI systems must take measures to support the AI literacy of the people using those systems on their behalf. Since 27 July 2026, the text makes clear that no specific individual level of AI literacy has to be guaranteed. What matters is that suitable measures are taken for the context.
Where this course fits
A short general course is one measure many organisations use, often together with an internal AI policy and a list of approved tools. If you use AI in high-risk areas — for example certain uses in recruitment, credit decisions or education — additional, specific measures apply that a general course does not cover.
