Scope
These terms apply to purchases of AI Literacy Essentials from [Company legal name].
What you buy
A one-time licence for one seat (individual) or a number of seats (team) of the online course, including the knowledge check, Certificate of Completion and training record. No subscription; no automatic renewal.
What the certificate is
A private Certificate of Completion. It is not issued, approved or endorsed by the European Union, a national authority or an accreditation body, and does not by itself establish legal compliance with the EU AI Act. The course is general training and is not legal advice.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Seats
A seat is used when a person is invited. Seats are not transferable once a person has completed the course.
